Zazar & Their zRSS Feed!
I been looking for something like the zRSS Feed for the longest time now. It’s free and one the coolest news-feed-reader thing I’ve ever come across. It scrolls, it loads things fast, there’s no PHP to deal with - it’s a dream come true in the form of a JQuery RSS feed reader. If you’re looking for something like this for your site, I’ve gotta say that this is the best one out there to my knowledge. You should definitely check it out.
Zazar also makes some other cool stuff like an awesome Twitter widget that works essentially the same way.

It’s Time For a New Site!
I’ve been stuck with this old thing for a while now and it doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. If you visit http://elliotdenenberg.com you’ll notice a number of things missing from the poor thing. It’s because that site is just too damn hard to code. So I made this:
There’s a little temporary me in the corner - it’s going to be replaced with a flash version… soon! Just need to get on that. The chroma key wasn’t top-notch, so I might have to do a little masking. :/
Anywho, it’s time I get back to work. Just switched the blog over to a pretty new themeand wanted to write a post in celebration!

Whoa, guys, they just shut down Megaupload and arrested a bunch of people.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation moved against a group of suspected online pirates Thursday, targeting the popular file-sharing website megaupload.com a day after Washington lawmakers were besieged by complaints about legislation designed to crack down on the online sharing of pirated copies of music, movies and other material, people familiar with the matter said.
Investigators said there was no connection between arrests in their two-year investigation and the political firestorm that erupted this week over a pending vote on the Stop Online Piracy Act.
This is a big deal, and even if it’s not related to SOPA, the timing certainly does a lot to put it on the minds of those worried about the law.

About 3 Million College Degree Holders in New York Are Suffering With Food Crisis
Through various surveys conducted by the Food Bank for New York City a new report was produced regarding 3-million college educated New Yorkers who have reported difficulties in affording food.
Statistics show, those with bachelor’s degrees have a 6 points increase and those with graduate degrees have a 2 points increase, according to one of the three expressed concerns they might need assistance.
A 6 percent increase was found in the affected residents making between $50,000 and $75,000 which makes them not eligible in food assistance program.

New Tomatofish Inbound!
Oh, it’s coming! The new Tomatofish.com is on it’s way. The whole interface is a thousand times more gorgeous, not to mention it’s way faster. I’m just putting on the finishing touches now and am hoping to have it out by Saturday. :)
